This would give you peace of mind that your property is safe, secure, and services are in full working order for your next Rental Tenancy. By having a Pre-Rental check and report and Post Rental check and report, you will be in the knowledge that your Rental Property would be in the same working condition or highlight any issues upon to your Tennant vacating.

Upon every visit, we visually check to see if these are in good order or if there has been any attempt of forced entry to your property and send a report back to you.

Upon every visit, we visually check your Electrical Services. Including, to see if the Fuseboard Switches are on, main Kitchen appliances are on and working. We also check to see if all internal and external lights are working correctly and send a report back to you.
3. Water Services Check
Water Services
Upon every visit, we visually check your Water Services for any potential issues. We also run all Taps and Showers and flush WCs to clear any sitting / stagnant water and send a report back to you.
